Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery (Except for perishables like Screeds, DPM's, Adhesives etc, see Refunds and Exchanges below). To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Re-stocking fees may apply for certain products. For more information please contact us!
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at your earliest convenience with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Re-stocking fees may apply for certain products. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Re-stocking fees may apply for certain products. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
