Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at your earliest convenience with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
