At Hagley Carpets & Flooring, we are committed to delivering your carpets and flooring safely and efficiently.

Delivery Areas

We deliver all over the UK. For areas outside of the UK, special arrangements may be available. Please contact us! Some areas may incur additional charges from our freight partners, this will be communicated to you promptly after any orders have been placed. 

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery to mainland UK is typically within 4-5 working days from order confirmation. For made-to-order or special items, delivery times may vary and will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are in most cases already setup at checkout and fairly simple. We like simple! The price will show when you enter your postcode;

  • Standard 2-4 business day delivery 
  • Express 1-3 Business day delivery
  • Dedicated specific delivery requirement costs available on request 

Delivery Process

We or our professional delivery partners will:

  • Provide confirmation/reminder of delivery date 24-48 hours in advance
  • Provide a delivery date & also approx. timeframe where possible
  • Handle your flooring with care
  • Deliver your goods Kerbside or on your drive if access allows  

What We Need From You

To ensure a smooth delivery, please:

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that we are given clear instruction to pass on to the driver on where to safely leave any goods. 
  • Provide clear access to the delivery location
  • Inform us of any obvious local access restrictions (narrow/closed roads, HGV restrictions, pedestrianised zones etc) 
  • Check your order upon delivery and report any issues immediately. Please let us know the same day ideally so we can react promptly!

Missed Deliveries

If you miss your scheduled delivery, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your delivery carefully. If you notice any damage or receive incorrect items, please contact us immediately. Do not refuse the delivery - note any damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours.

Installation Services

We offer professional installation services for all our carpets and flooring. Our experienced fitters can install your flooring at a time that suits you. Installation is quoted separately from delivery charges.
