• Self-Levelling Screeds & Compounds — smooth and level uneven subfloors from 3–30mm in a single application, fast-setting and suitable for LVT, vinyl, timber and UFH installations.
• Floor Primers — reduce substrate porosity and improve adhesion before applying levelling compounds. Choose from acrylic primers for absorbent substrates (DG74) or textured grip primers for smooth, non-porous surfaces (Primertek Ultra).
• DPMs (Damp Proof Membranes) — protect your flooring installation from rising moisture and damp subfloors.
• Moisture Testing — accurately assess subfloor moisture levels before installation to avoid costly failures.

Which Primer Do I Need?

• Porous or absorbent subfloor (concrete, sand/cement screed, plywood)? Use Fassa Primer DG74.
• Smooth or non-porous subfloor (existing tiles, dense screed, terrazzo)? Use Fassa Primertek Ultra.
