Mapei Latexplan Trade No Ammonia is a high-performance, ammonia-free two-part smoothing and levelling compound designed for preparing subfloors prior to the installation of most floor coverings including LVT, vinyl, carpet and laminate.
Suitable for use over a wide range of substrates including concrete, sand/cement screeds, plywood and existing adhesive residues, Latexplan NA delivers a smooth, level finish with excellent flexibility and adhesion. Its moisture-tolerant formulation makes it ideal for both domestic and commercial environments.
