Hooked Blades for Sheet Vinyl and Carpet — Sheffield Made
Where a straight blade skates, a hook bites. The curved cutting edge draws the material into the blade as you pull, giving you a controlled cut that follows the line instead of wandering — the reason most fitters reach for a hook when cutting sheet vinyl, linoleum and carpet.
The enclosed hook also keeps the sharp edge away from the subfloor beneath, which matters when you are cutting over a freshly prepared screed or an existing floor you would rather not score. Made in Sheffield from proper British blade steel, so the hook holds its shape instead of rolling over on the second cut.
